Ordering procedure:

  1. Order desired items via e-mail (give us your full address for shipment)
  2. Get confirmation from Galakthorrö, including the total invoice amount
  3. Payment in advance:

    Bank-transfer (only Euro)
    IMO (International Money Order, only Euro)
    Western Union (only Euro)
    Cash (in registered letter, only Euro)

    PayPal (outside the EU)*

  4. Receive the shipment
* PayPal takes 3.9% + € 0.35 for every transaction! You are required to pay this transfer fee.




Right of revocation

According to §§ 312 d, 355 paragr. 1 page 2 BGB (german civil code), any online order placed with Galakthorrö can be revoked in writing within two weeks without stating any reasons.

For this deadline to be met the revocation or the goods have to be sent to Galakthorrö within the two weeks.

There is no right of revocation if sealed goods were opened, used or damaged. In a case of revocation, any amounts the customer had paid will be refunded by Galakthorrö.

The costs and liability for the return of goods up to a goods value of 40.- Euro shall be borne by the customer. If the value is higher, Galakthorrö shall bear the usual return costs.
